- Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
2. Our service
Marshall Intake provides an automated phone receptionist to auto repair shops under a separate written agreement with each shop. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.
The receptionist is an automated system. It can mishear or misunderstand callers, so shops should confirm each booking with the customer. It does not give repair advice, diagnoses or prices beyond what the shop has approved, and it is not an emergency service.
